Essendon a quiet residential neighborhood of Moonee Valley, north of Melbourne is blooming all over because it is Spring in OZ land.

Just come along and walk down the yellow brick road in the land of OZ for that’s what they call it down here; exotic flowers, canopies of wisteria, paths through rainforest jungles, and nestled cottages of yester-year surround the lake and fountains of Moonee Ponds.
Essendon and Moonee Ponds are Part of Moonee Valley suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia

Beautiful pictures -- Spring in Auzzie land!!
We are just going into Fall here, the leaves are changing to beautiful gold, scarlet, red and orange. The days are pleasant and the nights are chilly. Tho' it was "shirtsleeve" warm at midnight on Mon. night when we, Senior Missionaries hiked up the Hill Cumorah to commemorate that midnight on Sept. 22, 1827 when Joseph went up that Hill to get the gold plates from the Angel Moroni. What a memorable and spiritual experience we had -- long to be remembered!
We love being able to share events and wonderful places from your mission and wish you could also share ours. Our Love.
I like the pictures it looks some what like Madagascar. We have a jackaranda tree that looks just like the tree that has purple blossoms.
We have another couple in the mission, Elder and Sister Bennett from Tahita. He looks like a Malagasy man and she looks French.
Keep up the good work you guys are amazing.
Love
