We had a marvelous day to mingle with the Aussies. Some were dressed in the Aussie colors of yellow and green and others wore the colors of the flag - red and blue. Hyde Park hosted a variety of food to choose from so we had a sample of Aussie BBQ - tasted just like our chicken burgers and steak burgers. Our walk beyond Hyde Park to to Circular Quey (Sydney Harbor) took us past many vintage cars. We spent most of the day by Sydney Harbor watching the ferry boat race (the Yellow Duck won by a bill), a ferry ride up through the Habor and up the Paramatta River and back at the Habor to see the end of the Tall Ships race. We loved most of all that we saw so many Aussies. We are blessed to be in this great land of Michael's heritage.
