Some Monday evenings we have the opportunity to meet with the other Service and Senior Missionaries in the area and have family home evening. These three Senior Sisters are all young widows who have chosen to serve a mission. One Sister said I had planned to serve with my husband but then he suddenly died. I’m serving a mission here and he’s serving a mission on the other side of the veil, we’re both doing the Lord’s work. Isn’t the Gospel of Jesus Christ wonderful and eternal.
